Summer Fun at Attenborough. Dig It!

Tuesday 3rd August

Become an archaeologist and discover the animals that might have walked in your footsteps millions of years ago. Suitable for children aged 4 and above, under 8s must be accompanied by an adult. 10am – 12 noon. £5 per child. Please book in advance.

Terrific Trees at Duke’s Wood

Wednesday 4th August

Tall or small, young or old, trees are terrific! Learn how to identify trees in summer as we enjoy a tour of the wood and take part in fun art activities inspired by trees. 1pm - 3pm. £1.50 per child; children under 3 years old go free. Booking essential.

Water Safari

Find out what lurks in the lakes around the Idle Valley Rural Learning Centre as we go pond dipping to see what we can catch. Please bring wellingtons. 10.30am – 12 noon. Booking essential.
