Show your WildLove this Valentine’s Day
Tuesday 7th February
Are you wildly in love? Do you love British wildlife? Then show your wild side this Valentine’s Day by joining our innovative WildLove campaign.
Using the power of Facebook and Twitter, The Wildlife Trusts are going to turn the internet really wild!
How? Well in the lead up to Valentine’s Day we are asking our supporters to show that they really love British Wildlife by:
1) Changing their Facebook profile picture to our ‘Wildly in Love’ badger
2) Changing their Facebook status to: “I am Wildly in Love, are you?” and insert a link to this webpage.
3) Tweeting on Twitter with the hashtag #WildLove, see our latest Tweet below:
Who are you wildly in love with?
Show your Valentine that you are wildly in love and are passionate about local wildlife by purchasing one of our unique nature gifts:
1) Send a Valentine’s e-card and raise at least £1 for Nottinghamshire Wildlife Trust.
There are loads of designs to choose from and your true love will be able to store and display the ecard you send them on their very own virtual mantelpiece, so they’ll be able to look back and savour your message long after the day. Please visit Charity Greetings to send an e-card today.
2) If you would prefer to send a ‘real’ posted card to your loved one, why not send them a ‘Love Bird’ handwritten greeting card posted straight to their door? 20p is donated to Nottinghamshire Wildlife Trust for each card purchased.
3) Adopt an otter or barn owl for your loved one (last order date for these Valentine’s gift is 1pm on Friday 10th February).
4) Give your Valentine the gift of nature – buy them a gift membership pack
You can order these gifts via our website (using the links above) or by calling the Membership Team on 0115 958 8242 (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm)
All money raised from these gifts will help protect our local wildlife.
