River Trent Bat Walk

Thursday 29th September

Come along to this hour-long walk with Tony Morris and the Gedling Local Group. Meet at 9pm in the car park of the Lord Nelson, Burton Joyce. Torches and boots advised. £3 per person.

Wild Play Attenborough

Join us for a Forest School-inspired session in the woods! Play, explore, imagine and create! An exciting new theme each week! Suitable for 2 - 4yr olds. All children must be accompanied by an adult. 10.00am – 12 noon. £6 per child, booking essential.

Stargazing Night

Friday 30th September

Come along and see Attenborough transformed at night! Gaze at the stars using powerful telescopes, visit our inflatable sky dome, go on a bat walk, trap some moths, make your own rocket in our Space Lab, find out how a comet is made, and much more. In partnership with the National Space Centre. Café serving hot food all evening. Suitable for the whole family. 6pm to 10pm. £8 per person. Booking essential. Now fully booked!

Fungus Foray

Saturday 1st October

Event Type: Foxcovert Plantation | Guided Walk | Members-only | Gedling

Members are invited to join Jim Norris and the Gedling Local Group for this foray around Foxcovert Plantation, Calverton. Meet at 10am at the Gravelly Hollow car park (side road off B6386). This is a free event, but donations will be gratefully accepted, and it will last around 2.5 hrs.

Wild Kids Attenborough

Join us as we explore Attenborough Nature Reserve to find out about our amazing wildlife. Suitable for children aged 4 and over. All children must be accompanied by an adult. 10.15am – 12.15pm, £5 per child. No need to book.
