Beeston Wildlife Group Walk

Friends of Daneshill Lakes Fungi Foray

Fungi Foray from 10.30 am to 12.30 pm.  Fungi specialist Howard Williams, a member of the Notts Fungi Group, will open up the mysterious world of mycology during this free family event with an introductory talk followed by a foray on to the Reserve to seek out some fungal treasures. Idle Valley Autumn Festival

Join us for our very popular autumn festival with lots of seasonal wildlife inspired activities, wildlife walks, demonstrations and arts and crafts for all ages and interests. Attenborough Holiday Club – Bats in your Garden

Join us for some fun-filled activities at Attenborough Nature Reserve and find out more about bats! Suitable for children aged 4 and above. All children must be accompanied by an adult. Please book in advance and note that some activities take place outside. 10.15am – 12.15pm, £5 per child.

Early Medieval Trinkets

Tuesday 25th October

Event Type: Skylarks | Rural Crafts & Skills | Rushcliffe

Have a go at a variety of Anglo-Saxon and Viking crafts, and take away trinkets of your own creation at this family event at Skylarks. Activities include spinning, lucet weaving, spindle whorls, rune writing, Saxon pots and more. Free drop-in session, just drop by between 11am and 3pm.
