Beeston Wildlife Group Walk

Join the Beeston Wildlife Group for a guided walk around the picturesque Attenborough Nature Reserve. 10am – 1pm. Meet at the Nature Reserve car park, Barton Lane.

Ruddington Spring Fair

An opportunity to buy plants, books and homemade cakes, and raise funds for Nottinghamshire Wildlife Trust. 10am - 12 noon at St. Peter’s Rooms in Ruddington, opposite the church.

Wild Spring
Sunday 20th May
Event Type: Attenborough | Family Event
Join us for a fun family day at Attenborough Nature Reserve with a nature walk, help with bird ID in the hides, drop-in activities for the children, information and displays about composting, a plant stall and much more! Discounts on selected Harrison’s wild bird products will be available on the day. Walk at 10.30am, drop-in activities 11am – 3pm. A small charge may be made for some activities.

Bird Walk

Join Lound Bird Club for a walk around the Idle Valley Nature Reserve to see what birds you can spot. 10am – 12.30pm. Please bring your binoculars. Booking essential.

Barn-building
Monday 21st May
Event Type: Gamston Wood | Rural Crafts & Skills
Join Peter Lees (greenwood specialist), for a 6 day course in Gamston Wood and learn how to build a barn. 10am – 4pm each day. Early booking essential as places limited. £150 per person. Continues 22 & 23 May, 18 - 20 June.
