Outside at Idle

What is Outside at Idle?

Outside at Idle Valley is an exciting new pilot based at Idle Valley Nature Reserve that focuses on the importance of nature connectedness, getting people moving and outdoors in the wild to improve health and wellbeing. It is funded through South Yorkshire Community Foundation’s, South Yorkshire & Bassetlaw Green Social Prescribing Grants Programme.

Idle Walking

Every Tuesday at 10:30am we meet by the volunteer's hub in the car park and go for a lovely walk on site. The walks vary depending on who is there and what they would like to see. We want to offer an opportunity to engage with Idle Valley and nature whilst building friendships and a community.

If you're on Facebook please follow Harri Phillips to keep up-to-date with the walks.
