Wild Kids

Saturday 2nd October

Drop in to our wildlife club to find out about nature on your patch. Suitable for children aged 4 and above. All children under 8 must be accompanied by an adult. £3 per child. 1.30pm - 3.30pm at Attenborough Nature Centre.

Optics Demonstration Day with Opticron

Your chance to try out for free a range of binoculars and more under real field conditions. Expert advice will be on hand.10am – 4pm at Attenborough Nature Centre.

An Introduction to the World of Wildlife Photography

Saturday 2nd October

This exciting activity gives you a rare chance to try your hand at photographing some of the abundant wildlife here at Attenborough Nature Reserve. The session will include a briefing from an expert instructor, a supervised session in one of our hides, and a chance to use some professional camera equipment, as well as hearing tips on how to get the most from your camera. Afterwards you will be able to take your images home on a CD. Suitable for beginners. £32 per person. Please book in advance. 8am – 10.30am.
