Wild Play Attenborough

Thursday 28th September

Child-led activities to encourage exploration, confidence and creativity. Suitable for 2 to 4 year olds. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Booking essential. 10am-12 noon. £6 per child. Wild Tots Idle Valley

Get your little one out in the great outdoors. Messy play and sensory activities for under 5s all inspired by a wildlife-focused story book. 10.30-11.30am, £4.50 per child. Outdoor clothing is essential. Parents and guardians are required to stay with their children. Booking required.

Attenborough Forest School

Friday 29th September

Have fun and learn in the woods with our Forest School Group for families who home educate. Mud play, campfires, woodland crafts, minibeast hunts and more to encourage exploration, confidence, imagination and creativity. For children aged 5 to 11 years but younger siblings welcome. Science Festival

Come along and see Attenborough transformed at night. Gaze at the stars using powerful telescopes, fun space activities, and learn about nature at night. Some activities will be weather dependent. Urban Safari
