Summer Fun at Attenborough - Wondrous Stories!

Tuesday 14th August

Event Type: Attenborough | Children's Activity

Join us in the woods for some stories and activities about our wonderful wildlife here at Attenborough. Suitable for children aged 4 and above. All children must be accompanied by an adult. Please book in advance. 10.15am – 12.15pm. £5 per child, discount of £1 if more than 1 child per party.

Treasure Hunt

Tuesday 14th August

Event Type: Idle Valley | Family Event

Join the fun at the Idle Valley Nature Reserve and hunt for the hidden treasure by following the clues.  Two trails of different lengths are available. Drop in at any time during the day. Suggested donation £3 per person.

Dragonflies along the Grantham Canal

Wednesday 15th August

Event Type: Guided Walk

Join the South Notts Local Group for a day-long walk to look for the dragonflies and other wildlife that can be seen along the canal. Meet 10am at Hickling Basin and bring your own lunch.

Join us in Treswell Wood to explore the world of trees with bark-rubbing and leaf art. Suitable for children 7-12 years old. Children under 8 must be accompanied by an adult. £2 per child. Please book in advance.
