This survey will take approx. 5 minutes to complete

Please read and fill out this survey to confirm that you are an active volunteer with Nottinghamshire Wildlife Trust. In recognition that many people's situations may have changed over the last year, we want to understand the impact the pandemic has had on Trust volunteers and ensure that the information we hold is up to date. 

It is important that all active volunteers are registered with the Trust for safety and insurance purposes, so that we can communicate with you and recognise your contribution. If you haven't yet completed a registration form but wish to continue volunteering, we'll be in touch to make sure we have all the right information for you to continue.

In winter 2021/2022, Nottinghamshire Wildlife Trust will be moving volunteer data into a new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system called ThankQ. To comply with GDPR regulations we only hold relevant personal information with your permission. Please see our privacy policy for more information about how we store and use your data. 

Please complete the short survey by 14th January 2022 to confirm your volunteering status and give permission for your personal data to be transferred into ThankQ. Volunteer records that have not been updated via this survey will not be transferred and you will need to re-register if you wish to continue volunteering.

Why are we asking this?

We know not everyone has equal access to nature and that the conservation sector is one of the least diverse in the UK and we are committed to ensuring we reflect and represent all parts of society. Therefore, it's important for us to better understand the views and culture of our current audience to help us improve connection and inclusivity for all and ensure everyone is able to benefit from wildlife.
