Nottinghamshire Wildlife Trust relies on volunteer support in all areas of our work. You can help with a range of activities including practical conservation on reserves and office work.

Reed Propagation Assistant

We are looking for a volunteer to help our North Nottinghamshire Reserves team by overseeing a reed propagation programme. This role would provide the chance to gain experience in reedbed propagation, including seeding, pricking out new plants, constructing bays, watering and planting out. The role would be between April through to October 2010. For further details, please get in touch.

North Nottinghamshire Conservation Volunteers

We are always looking for new volunteers to join our Northern Reserves team on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Sundays. You would get the chance to work as part of a team undertaking a variety of tasks on our North Nottinghamshire nature reserves, including reed planting, scrub removal, planting and fencing. You would not be required to make a regular commitment, but if you have a spare day and would like to join us, please get in touch.

For more information about these roles, and other volunteering opportunities, please phone or (JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) the Volunteer Coordinator.
