Wildlife in the City

Wildlife in the City

Wildlife in the City is our initiative celebrating the green spaces of Nottingham city. Our team have just launched their new website - THE place to get involved with Nottingham city's wildlife.

The website is all about helping you discover the city’s parks and green spaces and improving your experience of nature on your doorstep. Featuring fun facts and useful info, it is the perfect way to discover more about urban wildlife.

Why not visit our new website now at www.wildlifeinthecity.org and take a look around? Also, check us out on Facebook and Twitter

Wildlife in the City is an exciting ongoing partnership project between Nottinghamshire Wildlife Trust and Nottingham City Council.

We are:

  • offering local people the chance to discover and experience wildlife
  • introducing a range of fun activities to inspire and connect people with their local parks and wildlife sites
  • helping to create lasting improvements to Nottingham city’s green spaces

Wildlife in the City focuses on 10 green sites in Nottingham, within Aspley, Broxtowe, Bestwood, Bulwell, Clifton, The Meadows, and Sneinton.

Do you live in Nottingham city? Get Involved!

If you think you might be interested in any of the following:

  • Helping others discover more about wildlife in their city.
