Bird Ringing in Nottinghamshire

The Trust’s Andy Lowe will be talking at this meeting of the South Notts Local Group – please join us! 7.30pm in Room 5, West Bridgford Methodist Church, (junction of Patrick Road and Musters Road), West Bridgford, NG2 7PQ. Admission £3, children free.

Wild Kids Attenborough

Join us as we explore Attenborough Nature Reserve to find out about our amazing wildlife. Suitable for children aged 4 and over. All children must be accompanied by an adult. 10.15am – 12.15pm. £6 per child. No need to book – just turn up at 10.15am.

Green Rangers Skylarks

Green Rangers and the Keeping it Wild Youth team join forces and are taking over Skylarks Nature Reserve for the day! Why not come along and get involved - meet new people, learn something new, whilst having fun too. Open to 13- 19 year olds - look out for more sessions at Attenborough Nature Reserve as well. 11am-1pm. Free of charge, but booking essential.

Discover the Heart of the Idle Valley

Join NWT Conservation Officer Mark Speck for a wildlife walk to discover areas of the Idle Valley Nature Reserve you may not have seen before in the Chainbridge area of the reserve. Sightings could include whooper swan, short-eared owl and wintering wildfowl. Meet at Idle Valley Rural Learning Centre at 10am. Booking essential.

Winter Bird Identification Walk
