Spend an evening with the Newark Local Group for a walk through Langford Lowfields Nature Reserve. Michael Copleston, RSPB warden, will give us a tour around this developing RSPB reserve that is being created in a sand and gravel quarry. This is a good time of year to see summer migrant birds that have recently returned. 6.30pm start until dusk. Meet in the Tarmac Langford Lowfields Quarry car park, south of Collingham. Access road is west of A1133. Please wear sturdy footwear and bring binoculars and telescopes if you have them.
