About the event
Looking at the past 150 years of birdlife in Nottinghamshire, this book looks at the changing fortunes of species throughout the years. Drawing on historic report as far back as 1850 when a bird was more likely to have been shot with a gun than a camera to be identified.
The book is beautifully illustrated with paintings and sketches by internationally renowned local artist, Michael Warren.
Alongside the book launch and meeting the authors, walks and talks will be taking place throughout the day (weather permitting). Please register your space for free.
