The role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate business manager, to take our thriving consultancy to the next level. You will be responsible for managing a range of functions, identifying and delivering on new strategic opportunities and leading the growth and development of our values and mission led business. You will be responsible for ensuring a wide range of projects are delivered to a high standard and managed effectively, taking an innovative approach to the development of EMEC's products and services.

Working collaboratively with the EMEC Board and your direct reports, you will deliver a complex mix of projects and lead the development of the consultancy, thinking creatively about business development and client management, whilst ensuring the team are engaged and motivated and delivering to a high standard.
