We are always keen to find out what you think of the work we're doing and would be grateful if you would take a moment to complete our membership survey below. We really do value your opinions and have found previous surveys very useful and enlightening. All answers will be treated in confidence and will be stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Any survey completed by 2nd September 2019 will be entered into a prize draw for a £50 John Lewis Voucher, T's & C's available below.

This survey is comprised of just 10 questions, it shouldn't take much of your time. We will let you know the results of the survey in a future issue of Nottinghamshire Wild Life.

Terms & Conditions

The prize draw for a £50 John Lewis voucher is only available to Nottinghamshire Wildlife Trust members (over the age of 18) who complete this survey online, or by returning it to us in the post.
Surveys must be returned to Nottinghamshire Wildlife Trust by Monday 2nd September 2019 in order to be entered into the prize draw.
Only one entry per membership.
One winner will be chosen from a random draw of entries received in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. The draw will be performed by a randomised process.
All entrants of the prize draw shall be deemed as having accepted these Terms and Conditions.
The winner will be contacted in accordance with their current contact preferences prior to being announced publicly in Nottinghamshire Wild Life magazine.
Nottinghamshire Wildlife Trust’s word with regards the winner is final.
