We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and highly organised HR Manager with a strong generalist HR background, who can lead our HR Team.

This role sits within our operations directorate, reporting into the Chief Operating Officer. You will sit on the operational leadership team working with a group of managers across the organisation and will be managing the overall function of HR delivery across the Group, playing a key part in shaping culture and talent management initiatives.

To be truly successful in this role, you will have a proven track record in a wide range of HR technical expertise, a practical and pragmatic approach and a strong focus on;

  • Employee relations case management, particularly being able to balance the needs of the workforce and that of the organisation
  • Policy development and delivery
  • Demonstrable knowledge of UK employment law and best practice
  • A proven ability to support organisational change with care, bringing others with you and fostering a positive, inclusive culture
  • Effective coaching skills
  • Stakeholder Management skills and the ability to influence
  • Excellent management skills with the ability to motivate, inspire and develop a highly effective team.
