About the event

This event is part of our wider August Wild Weekend event at Attenborough Nature Reserve.

Guided by our experts, you will explore the Nature Gardens pond and uncover a variety of fascinating freshwater creatures, learning how to identify them along the way. Using nets and trays, we’ll take a closer look at what we find before carefully returning everything to its habitat. Our team will be on hand throughout to answer your questions and share their knowledge. A great opportunity to get up close to these often overlooked species and learn more about pond life.

There are several time slots available on the 29th, 30th and the 31st, with 5 spots available in each. You'll be able to choose your time slot upon booking.

  • 10am-10:45am
