Whether you're looking to recharge, reflect, or simply enjoy a moment of calm, this workshop offers a restorative space for all.

Vi Gandhi is an experienced educator, mental health practitioner, and author. Drawing on her background in psychology, education, and therapeutic practice, she blends evidence-based strategies with compassion and practical tools to help people guild mental fitness. Her approach is grounded in the belief that small, intentional actions can lead to meaningful change in how we think, feel, and connect.
