We are looking for a passionate, committed and highly organised professional to join our HR Team on a part time, permanent basis.

This is an exciting role to guide and progress the Human Resource function of the Group (Nottinghamshire Wildlife Trust and its subsidiaries), managing the HR life cycle and ensuring integration of HR best practice policies, procedures and employment legislation.

Reporting into the Operations Manager, you will be able to demonstrate initiative and common sense when tackling your work as well as showing confidence in making decisions and taking ownership and accountability of your workload.

We are the county's leading conservation charity run by local people for the benefit of local wildlife, with nature reserves across the county.  We are a part of a UK network of 46 local Wildlife Trusts working to protect wildlife.

We are supportive of hybrid working with a flexible and friendly team. There will be travel required to our other sites and reserves in the county, so a full driving licence is essential. 

This role is subject to a DBS (Basic) Check.
